Gameshow All-Stars Are Hiring – Game Show Supervisor

If you didn’t already know, Gameshow All-Stars is Sheffield’s bar and live game show experience – all in one. Think TV game shows meets Saturday night chaos meets cocktails. And now… we're looking for a new Supervisor to join the madness!

This person will be a key holder and a pillar of the team, helping lead shifts, keep the game show floor running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves feeling like a TV star.

So, if you’re the kind of person who can hype up a room, keep a cool head behind the scenes, and step in with a mic (or mop) when needed – this might be for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has supervised before – or ready to step up into it.

• Has worked in customer service and/or hospitality.

• Can lead a team, handle a crowd, and still smile through a fog machine.

• Has a good dose of common sense.

• Is quick-thinking and can solve problems.

• Has a sense of humour (ideally somewhere between Leslie Knope and Dwight Schrute).
• Part-time availability – 8-20 hours/week including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Opening and closing the venue, holding keys and keeping things secure.

• Supporting the team during game show shifts - from setup to keeping the energy high.

• Running smooth, memorable guest experiences from arrival to “Final Round.”

• Helping with training, team morale, and making work genuinely fun.

• Maintaining the site, from cleaning to fixing (up to your capability…we do also have dedicated teams)

• Making sure the gameshow space is tidy, safe, and fully stocked for the next wild night.

• Supervising the bar and slinging drinks
